i made an appointment for Thursday October 29th to have an oil change and tire changeover done on my 2021 Mitsubishi RVR. Jules was the technician who did the work. I really like that a courtesy inspection with pictures is done on every car because I would rather find out then while it is at the garage if there is something that needs to be done instead of finding out on the road. For me it makes owning a car a little bit easier. I find everybody there friendly and willing to take the time to explain anything that might not make sense to me. I have been going to JP's for a few years. My sister really likes that I get the inspection with pictures every time I bring my car there that she has decided the next time that her 2020 Nisan Kicks needs servicing she wants to bring it to JP's. I am confident that once she brings her car there she will be going back anytime her car needs servicing again. Thank you everybody for the great service you always give me.

Very informative. Told me like it was without any sugar coating. Took a little long to get the Jeep back but all in all was a great 1st experience with JPs garage. My highlight was the shuttle driver. Very personable and hilariously funny. Loved hearing all the stories he had. Would highly recommend this garage.
Exceptional service and very pleasant . They did a courtesy assesment and found several problems which would not otherwise have been picked up until major issues resulted if not repaired .
I was travelling to Ontario when my vehicle broke down on the Trans-Canada Highway. JP's Garage was able to fix my car and get me back on the road on the same day!!! I'm so grateful for the assistance and the accommodations provided given they were already dealing with other scheduled appointments for that day.
